In April 2008, AGP Croatia was founded with headquarters in Rijeka, as a major sea port of the region. In September 2011, a branch office in Zagreb has been established, as a central point of all commerce related events in Croatia.
Before long, the headquarters of AGP Croatia are relocated to Zagreb and it becomes the place of dominant acquisition on markets of Croatian and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Since March 2012, the company offices are in Oreskoviceva street.
