INSURANCE OF GOODS IN TRANSPORT
INSURANCE OF GOODS IN TRANSPORT
In cooperation with reliable insurance companies, we recommend insuring goods in transport against all risks with very favourable premiums for All Risk to all our clients.
As for the insurance of goods in international transport, we use the contract on the international purchase and sale of goods. Goods in transit are insured against the risk of loss, destruction or damage due to unforeseen, external risk factors. The goods, regardless of the means of transport, route of transport or its type, are exposed to a series of various risks during the journey to the destination that can cause their damage (impairment of value), and in the worst case, complete loss.
The insurance can be concluded individually, for each performed transport, or under a general policy (GPT) for all performed transports during the insured period specified in the contract.

Why is it important to insure cargo in transit?
- All risks - according to the clause all transport risks, i.e. Institute Cargo Clauses (A)
- Certain risks under the Institute Cargo Clauses (B)
- Certain risks under the Institute Cargo Clauses (C)
- Supplementary risks of the Institute cargo war clauses / Additional to
Insurance A, B, C - Supplementary Risks of the Institute cargo strike clauses/Additional to Insurance A, B, C

What is the cost of insurance?
Like all other insurance services, you have to pay cargo insurance through the insurance premium. The premium is usually calculated depending on the value of the goods, the type of goods as well as the route and means of transport used as well as other specific risks. The premiums themselves are not the same for all transportation types and often depend on the amount of the estimated risk, the probability of occurrence and the value of the insurance, therefore send us an inquiry at office@agp.rs, so our colleagues will answer you as soon as possible.
